Sales Representative - inbound leads (Houston, TX)

Bright Nest Staffing is a Houston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Houston. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
