Sales Representative - inbound leads (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Staffing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
