Sales Representative - inbound leads (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Hartford serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around fraud alerts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
