Sales Representative - inbound leads (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Grand Rapids with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
