Sales Representative - inbound leads (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
