Sales Representative - inbound leads (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Maple Press Holdings prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Grand Rapids plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around bindery work clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling bindery work. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
