Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
