Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fresno, CA)

Redstone North Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
