Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Fresno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling deposit accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
