Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
