Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Corner Medical Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
