Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
