Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Cross Energy delivers power and gas plans across the El Paso region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around billing disputes clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling billing disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
