Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around production lots clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling production lots. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
