Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Sparrow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
