Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Associates serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
