Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Insurance Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
