Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Lakeside Inspection Services is an inspection company in El Paso with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Explain our services around field inspections clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
