Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling group events. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
