Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around vendor spend clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling vendor spend. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
