Sales Representative - inbound leads (Detroit, MI)

Nova Pine Financial serves customers across Detroit with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around account servicing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling account servicing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
