Sales Representative - inbound leads (Detroit, MI)

Ironwood Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer tickets clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
