Sales Representative - inbound leads (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around Des Moines with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling store inventory. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
