Sales Representative - inbound leads (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Fern Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Des Moines, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 245 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
