Sales Representative - inbound leads (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
