Sales Representative - inbound leads (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Ember Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 279 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
