Sales Representative - inbound leads (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Cross Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Dallas, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
