Sales Representative - inbound leads (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Glen Facilities Group is a facilities company in Dallas with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer sites clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
