Sales Representative - inbound leads (Columbus, OH)

Bright Fox Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
