Sales Representative - inbound leads (Columbus, OH)

Summit Junction Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Columbus region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
