Sales Representative - inbound leads (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around harvest schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling harvest schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
