Sales Representative - inbound leads (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 698 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
