Sales Representative - inbound leads (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove North Manufacturing is a Colorado Springs manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
