Sales Representative - inbound leads (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Mill Telecom is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
