Sales Representative - inbound leads (Cleveland, OH)

Highbridge Kestrel Staffing Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
