Sales Representative - inbound leads (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling reviews and feedback. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
