Sales Representative - inbound leads (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Sparrow Energy is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around meter readings clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
