Sales Representative - inbound leads (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Cincinnati, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling contractor visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
