Sales Representative - inbound leads (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Bright Manufacturing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
