Sales Representative - inbound leads (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Charlotte focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around billing accounts clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
