Sales Representative - inbound leads (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Ivory Facilities looks after properties across the Charlotte region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling contractor visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
