Sales Representative - inbound leads (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
