Sales Representative - inbound leads (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Highbridge West Environmental Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling service complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
