Sales Representative - inbound leads (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Buffalo, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
