Sales Representative - inbound leads (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Buffalo serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
