Sales Representative - inbound leads (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Granite Staffing is a Buffalo staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
