Sales Representative - inbound leads (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Boston focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling outage reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
