Sales Representative - inbound leads (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Willow Manufacturing makes precision components in Boise. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around scrap and rework clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling scrap and rework. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
