Sales Representative - inbound leads (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook River Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Birmingham. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 247 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
