Sales Representative - inbound leads (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Yarrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Birmingham. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
